 The Rio Grande Valley in Texas is a significant agricultural region, particularly known for its production of citrus fruits, watermelons, onions, and various vegetables. The area's unique climate allows for both warm and cool-season crops, making it a major supplier of fresh produce for the US market.   The Valley also produces other vegetables and specialty crops such as Bok Choy, Daikon, Leeks, Tomatoes, Squash, and Herbs.  

 Although focused on Texas as our prime sourcing area, we will import additional fruits and vegetables from other states and countries to provide our VIP customers with an exceptional menu.  The top 10 states for year-round produce production are: California, Florida, Arizona, Georgia, Washington, Oregon, Michigan, North Carolina, New York, and Texas. These states benefit from diverse climates and growing conditions, allowing for a wide variety of fruits and vegetables to be harvested.
